Return Process

  Visit our returns portal or email [email protected] with your order ID and photos of the product within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed and with all brand tags attached, to qualify for a successful return.

  Reverse Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your address within 24-48 hours; please keep the package ready.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
